January is National Mentoring Month
January is National Mentoring Month, and I would like to encourage everyone to consider Mentoring a child. In just one hour a week, you can make a difference in their lives. Yearly evaluations reflect improved academics, attendance, friendships and bonding to school of those children who participate in the program. And there are benefits to the Mentor as well. Knowing that you have contributed to the success of a child is a wonderful gift.
